This Australian mining business has gone through consistent growth since its creation through organic growth and acquisition of key sites. Currently with 1,500 employees in the organisation and further ambitious growth plans ahead the business is looking to hire a Senior HR Business Partner to assist with a high volume of generalist activities.
Reporting to a Senior HR Manager HR and working closely with the local GM to roll out the people strategy for their client group, you will support approximately 200 employees. The remit of this role will include providing ER advice and guidance at a high level, carry out continuous improvements on all HR processes and provide all generalist activities across the client group.
To be considered for this role you will be immediately available, you will be a senior HR professional with experience providing and advice and guidance to senior stakeholders and have the ability to build relationships quickly. The role is based at one of the mines in Regional NSW so will require the successful candidate to DIDO on a rostered basis.
