Reporting directly to the Head of HR Operations, this position will take full ownership and responsibility across the payroll function, covering 3000 employees who are on multiple awards.
The position will be responsible for rolling out a new payroll system as they currently use Chris21 and to embed it with the HRIS.
The successful candidate must have experience of working within a Payroll Manager position with proven leadership and collaborative team experience as this role has 4 direct reports.
You must have managed a payroll function and experience with rolling out a brand new payroll system .
Experience with managing a large workforce with employees who are on multiple complex awards. Therefore industry experience with a mix of blue and white collar is admirable.
Proficient in excel spreadsheets and experience managing payroll across NZ is highly admirable.
