This is an autonomous role working under the direction of an Associate HR Director. You will play a key role in delivering people management solutions to your client group. You will engage with stakeholders across your group to support the implementation of the transformation and will have ongoing responsibilities for talent management, workforce planning, staff engagement survey, performance management, reward and recognition, diversity and inclusion, L&D. As the Business Partner you will contribute and lead key projects across your portfolio, give advice, coach and empower your client group and work with them to review key issues.
The successful applicant will be a seasoned HR professional with knowledge of a generalist nature, experience in a large, complex environments with centres of excellence will be advantageous. In addition to this you will be highly engaging, have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to coach and develop your client group. Tertiary qualification, or an equivalent combination of experience and education are essential.
