A National leader in their sector who provides services to some of the largest infrastructure projects in Australia. Still privately owned with nearly 2000 staff who have a mix of white and blue collar employees. Last year they reported an annual revenue of just short of a billion dollars. They are currently going through an exciting organisational transformation to support the growth of the business.
In this newly created role, you will support the wider learning team on achieving the goals for business growth. They are looking for talent who have learning agility, ability to pivot and can operate within a fast paced environment.
As the L&D consultant, you will sit within the L&D team reporting into the Head of Leadership and Learning along with a wider team of OD and talent specialists to leverage from.
The key focus is to execute the Learning strategy of their employees to achieve the progressive goals for the company.
Key projects this role will be responsbile for include rolling out flagship programs (induction and sales capability), digital learning programs, talent development and leadership development programs, contributing to the people experience strategy, LI learning.
This role will be responsbile for concept, design and roll out of these programs.
This team will be the change engine room and the transformation enabler for the business.
In addition this will be at the forefront of improving and adding to the customer experience and to becoming one of Australia’s best places to work.
You will be a Learning & Development specialist who has strong experience in the projects listed above.
You will bring a Growth mindset, a innovative approach and entrepreneurial thinking to take the business on an exciting journey.
Based 3km’s from the CBD with flexible working also offered.
It is a 5 day a week role, candidates who would like 4 days a week may also be considered.
