A national leader in their sector who provides services to some of the largest infrastructure projects in Australia. Still privately owned with nearly 2000 staff with a mix of white and blue collar employees. Last year they reported an annual revenue of just short of a billion dollars. They are currently going through an exciting organisational transformation to support the growth of the business.
In this newly created role, you will support the wider Organisational Development team on achieving the goals for business growth. They are looking for talent who have learning agility, ability to pivot, and can operate within a fast-paced environment.
As the OD consultant, you will sit within the OD team reporting into the Head of OD along with a wider team of Learning and Talent specialists to leverage from.
The key focus is to execute the OD strategy and achieve the progressive goals of the company.
Key projects that this role will be responsible for include rolling out engagement programs, executing a D&I strategy, performance management programs, a recognition strategy, and linking them to the philosophy of the business
This team will be the change engine room and the transformation enabler for the business.
In addition this role will be at the forefront of improving and adding to the customer experience to become one of Australia’s best places to work.
You will be an Organisational Development specialist who has strong experience in the projects listed above.
You will bring a growth mindset, an innovative approach and entrepreneurial thinking to take the business on an exciting journey.
Based 3km from the CBD with flexible working also offered.
It is a 5 day a week role, candidates who would like 4 days a week may also be considered.
