Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will have the opportunity to work on assigned projects with people impacts, providing OD approaches and support for change, engagement, D&I strategy, relocation, leadership and capability. This role will support the delivery of organisational development frameworks to build the people capability required to deliver the business strategy. This role will cover all aspects of OD including delivering on talent management projects, designing employee surveys and developing talent & capability frameworks.
To be considered for this role you must have experience in designing talent and capability frameworks. You must be adaptable in your style, be able to build strong working relationships and consult with employees at all levels. You will be resilient and open to working in a constantly changing environment. Ideally you would have worked within a financial or professional services.
