Due to a constant changing environment and a number of exciting HR projects and initiatives being rolled out, there is now a need for a Senior HR Business Partner to join this forward thinking team to cover a 9 month period. This is a broad generalist position which reports to a GM of HR. Your responsibilities will include partnering with the GM’s in the business to deliver on strategic and operational advice. You will take the lead on a number of key initiatives related to employee engagement and culture as well as lead on rolling out leadership capability programs. You will be required to lead on strategic and complex ER cases as well as lead and negotiate an EA.
The successful candidate must be extremely customer focused and will possess excellent stakeholder management skills. You must have the confidence to work closely with senior leaders, as well as the ability to influence and challenge. You must be an experienced HR generalist ideally who has demonstrated and working knowledge of leading and negotiating EA’s.
