A leader in their sector, this organisation is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for 6 months. With 1800 employees globally, and supporting an evolving client group, this is an opportunity to provide and support and implement change through this very challenging time.
Reporting directly to the HR Director and working alongside 6 other strong HR professionals this is an exciting opportunity to work within a generalist position that is operational but also highly strategic. Responsibilities will include contributing to the People strategy for the respective client groups as well as providing advice and guidance to executives through the Covid-19 situation. You will contribute to the planning and execution of divisional restructures and lead on the remuneration review for the group.
To be considered for this position you ideally have come from a white collar environment, you must be able to adapt and thrive within a fast working and evolving organisation and must have experience within a Senior HR Business Partnering role or consulting role. You must be immediately available to be considered for this role.
