The Remuneration Analyst will work closely with the wider Reward and Executive Reward team. This position will have a broad remit including:
Providing interpretation and advise to key stakeholders regarding R&B policies, programs and practices. You will support on the development and implementation of STI and LTI plans, and analysing market data. You will assist in preparation of board papers and conduct analysis and provide insights for the board. Along with with working on the redesign on the executive remuneration framework and other large scale governance frameworks.
For this opportunity, you will be a driven Reward Specialist looking to grow and develop your career quickly. A background in Financial or Professional Services from a large matrix business is highly admirable. Backgrounds such as Reward analysts will also be considered.
