Reporting directly to the Project lead and working within a team of highly successful HR professionals, you will be part of an HR project systems team that are currently looking after several exciting projects. Aspects of this position will involve HRIS support & reporting; collating information on current processes and systems as well as providing recommendations for the roll out and carry out all reporting requirements. The role also has an on boarding and Generalist HR component.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience of working with HRIS. Ideally you will have capability in understanding and identifying systems and process improvements with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. The successful candidate must have a HR Coordinator or projects background, 2-3 years fo experience & have extremely high attention to detail. You must be available to start ASAP.
