Reporting to the HR Director this role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end learning strategy, needs analysis/skill gaps, leadership capability, psychometric testing, designing well being material, and delivery of the content.
The successful candidate must have experience of working within a financial services or fintech business. It is likely you will have spent time in a learning & organisational development specialist role and it is essential that you have a background in Organisational Psychology. You will drive well-being, as well as lead a culture of high-performance.
