Reporting to the HRD this role will be responsible for end to end learning strategy, needs analysis/skill gaps, leadership capability, well being material ,psychometric testing and delivery of the content.
The successful candidate must have experience of working at within financial services/fin tech businesses Experience of working in a learning & organisational development specialist role. Along with a background in Organisational Psychology.
