A rare opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a global organisation. This is an exceptionally efficient and fast-paced organisation with over 100 headcount in ANZ delivering products and services all over the world. With recent changes within the team we are seeking a driven HR Manager.
Reporting to the Head of HR and working in a matrix environment, this role will provide operational HR support to both a blue and white collar workforce. Working in an environment that truly focusses on the development of their employees, you will have overall responsibility for rolling out global HR initiatives Other aspects of the role will be to carryout all generalist activities including providing ER advice and guidance to managers. You will be responsible for 2 direct reports.
The successful candidate must have experience of working at a HR Manager level with a minimum of 5 years experience. Experience of working in a matrix environment with both blue and white collar employees is essential. To be considered for this role you must have sound knowledge of the local legislation.
