This leading financial services business has gone through a period of positive and progressive change in the past 5 years, due to their continuous changes and unprecedented times in the market there is now a need for a Communications Manager to assist with the business changes.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will have ownership for developing and implementing integrated internal communications strategies. Furthermore you will provide considered advice to the senior leadership team regarding sensitive issues and ensure the leadership are fully briefed on the key facts and messages at all time. You will ensure that employees are well informed about all business activities and priorities through regular communications.
In order to be considered for this broad and critical role for the business, you will have operated as a Communications Manager and Change Manager and held responsibility for the Communications strategy and implementation. Experience of working in a financial services organisation would be highly desirable. You must be available immediately to be considered for this role.
