Our client is a well established financial services organisation located in Sydney CBD. They are seeking an experienced HR Consultant with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
Working in a centralised project team along with HRBPs designated across the business, your role will support to key projects related to large-scale workforce transition and a shifting operating model. Your overall responsibilities will include advising on all ER activities, change management, and restructure.
To be successful in your application you will have have strong knowledge of employment law legislation with in depth understanding of the Fair Work Act, broad knowledge of legislative framework for HR Management. Your communications must be outstanding with proven exposure across employee relations within corporate environments.
