Our client is a well established financial services organisation located in Sydney. They are seeking an experienced HR Consultant with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
Working in a centralised project team along with HRBPs designated across the business, your role will support key projects related to large-scale workforce transition and a shifting operating model. Your overall responsibilities will include advising on all ER activities, stakeholder management & employee engagement.
To be successful in your application you will have strong knowledge of employment law legislation with in depth understanding of the Fair Work Act, broad knowledge of legislative frameworks for HR Management. Your communication skills must be outstanding and you will have proven exposure across employee relations & awards within corporate environments.
