Our client, a well-established and recognised organisation, is currently seeking a Graduate Recruitment and Development Specialist with previous experience in a similar role, to join them in their state of the art offices in the Sydney CBD. Reporting to the Head of OD in Sydney, this role will focus on taking overall responsibility for the recruitment and development of the organisation’s interns and graduates across ANZ and consulting on a range of HR matters.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the whole career program and be the first point of contact for graduates joining the firm and throughout the cycle. You will be required to establish and build relationships with stakeholders and work effectively with them throughout the program. You’ll manage the graduate recruitment budget as well as organising and managing the on-boarding process. You will get exposure to L&D activities and work with your team to deliver training sessions to employees.
This position is ideal for an enthusiastic and professional Recruiter or HR Professional who has a minimum of four years’ experience, ideally within a professional services firm. Previous graduate recruitment experience is essential. Excellent presentation skills, attention to detail and effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. In return, you will be working in a team-focused and client-service oriented environment with plenty of exposure to generalist and HR project work.
