Executive Reward, Senior Manager (12 month contract)

This client is a national Financial services organisation. The Executive Reward, Senior Manager will report into the Head of Executive Reward and work closely with the wider Reward team. 

This position will have a full and broad remit including providing interpretation and advise to key stakeholders regarding Reward policies, programs and practices.

Initially this position will be heavily involved in the end of year remuneration review cycle, then it will work on projects including the executive reward strategy, working with the internal committees and implementing long term variable reward plans, in addition to the development and implementation of STI and LTI plans, and analysing market data.


For this opportunity, you will be a driven Manager looking to grow and develop your career quickly.

Ideally you will be an experienced Manager or at the Senior Manager level in a similar sized matrix organisation.

Experience within financial services is highly desirable. Profiles from consulting or professional services may also be considered.

This role is looking for an immediate start and will be initially for 12 months. You can either work on a max term contract or on a daily rate..
