Our client is an Australian, ASX Listed organisation with a highly respected global brand.
In this 12 month contract you will be responsible for rolling out and implementing a group-wide culture program across a large and complex corporate environment. The role will encompass project leadership and organisation of internal resources to ensure an effective and efficient program implementation. This is a senior individual contributor role with high visibility within the HR and business leadership groups. The role may have long-term permanent employment potential for the right candidate.
It is preferred that applicants have some experience of leading large-scale OD or Culture projects within large and complex corporate structures. You will have a strong grounding and career path within culture and organisational development HR functions. You will be organised with strong project management experience and the ability to engage and influence internal colleagues and stakeholders who you will need to drive the project forward.
