Our client is a global organisation with their head office based in Sydney. They are currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join the team initially on a 3 month contract to work on a high profile and complex review of current HR policies and procedures across 3 different geographical locations.
In this 3 month contract, you will use your extensive knowledge of best practice HR to conduct a thorough review of 3 staff handbooks covering 3 international locations and make your recommendations to the Head of HR. Upon completion of this initial project there is also scope for the successful candidate to support the business through several large scale change management initiatives. You will be part of a growing and highly regarded HR team in a fast paced and everchanging industry.
To be successful in this role you must be an experienced senior HR Business Partner with proven expertise in complex policy interpretation and development at an international level. Experience in large scale project mobilisation and demobilisation is also advantageous. Ideally you will be degree qualified and possess the confidence to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
