This renowned ASX listed organisation has an envious reputation in the market for being leaders within their field. They are recognised for their energetic and fun environment, and being an organisation that truly invests in their employees. Based in the Sydney CBD and initially a 12 month fixed-term contract, this role has the potential to be made permanent.
The main purpose of this role is to provide broad L&OD support and continuity across projects. This role works in a team of 5 OD professionals supporting a national employee base of 1500. There are a number of key projects you will be providing support to including the graduate program, D&I initiatives, capability tools and frameworks, and external reporting requirements.
To be successful in this role you will have blended generalist/OD experience with a strong project management and stakeholder engagement skillset. We are looking for a minimum of five years’ HR experience.
