A marketing leading, customer focused organisation operating in the Financial Services sector are experiencing huge transformation. They are looking for an experienced HR Systems Manager or an HRIS Analyst who is ready to take the next step in their career to join the collaborative team.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide effective and efficient HR Systems support to the business, will be responsible for the P&C system, including analysing and making recommendations for improvements, defining and driving the design and implementation of the new HRIS over the next 12-18 months. You will manage the relationship with external vendors, create policies and documents to support business needs and be the point of contact for system enquiries.
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced and hands on systems specialist in the HR space. You will have strong knowledge of HR and talent modules as well as strong stakeholder management skills. HRIS systems applications such as Page Up, Successfactors or Workday are preferred as is experience in the Financial Services industry although not essential.
