The Learning & Development Manager role is part time, 3/4 days a week and reports into the Head of HR and sits in a team of 8 in a flat structure. The position will hold full responsibility for implementing learning strategy across the business. Managing an L&D Coordinator.
The business is ever growing due to acquisitions, currently sitting at 500 employees. A blend of strategy and BAU will keep you busy and challenged in an ever changing and fast moving environment. Building strong relationships with stakeholders is key, focus on leadership development, talent strategy and learning and development across technical, competency and compliance.
To be successful in your application you will have strong, broad Learning & Development experience within smaller organisations. This company is not looking for candidates who have been running their own consulting business but for those who have been ‘in-house’.
If you have an outgoing, strong personality and can demonstrate that you have worked in very dynamic businesses that have gone through fast growth then this role will be ideal for you.
