This international professional services organisation is evolving and experiencing a period of significant growth as a result of acquisition. With headquarters in North Sydney they are embarking on a period of substantial change with several large scale projects on the horizon.
This role will have a blend of strategic and operational responsibilities; you will develop and drive people initiatives as well as work as a true generalist with involvement in employee relations, workforce development and talent management. You will provide HR leadership with expert commercial advice, coaching and guidance on all HR related matters. You will have the opportunity to be involved in mergers and acquisitions as well as large scale strategic change projects.
In order to be successful you will be an experienced HR Business Partner with a minimum of 10 years generalist experience. You will have a proven track record of driving transformational change in a large and ever changing environment.
