The Organisation
A very reputable, Education provider  is in search of a HR Generalist with a strong focus on ER to join their team and partner with the wider organisation. They are seeking an employee that has passion for helping people and positively impacting ones way of life. This position will suit a someone with a clear Customer Service/ ER focus while also happy to handle the operational side. The role will be reporting into the HR Director, a true leader in their field, one to learn and grow from. 
The Role
You will be instrumental in driving the HR function forward by truly partnering with all stakeholders. In addition, having strong involvement with all ER activities across the business. Working collaboratively with the organisation and managing all Employee relations cases including grievances, performance management & disciplinary issues with an understanding and focus on a providing a positive outcome for all.

The Criteria
The ideal candidate must hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or equivalent. You will have at least 2-4 years’ experience in HR Generalist role and hold talent management experience. You have a strong passion for HR, positive energy and enthusiasm. Holding a track record of dealing with challenging situations and handling performance management. You will have strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence to deal with all levels of people in the business.
