This is a true generalist role, reporting into the Head of People, Culture & Learning who has a passion for developing employees to their full potential. Day to day responsibilities will be managing the full employee life cycle from job brief, liaising with agencies throughout the recruitment process, on boarding, first point of contact for HR enquiries, policy review, implementation of new policies, compliance, implementation of a new HRIS, performance reviews, stakeholder management and woking on new projects such as the re launch of employee values.
The successful applicant must be degree qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline, and have a true generalist background, ideally from within a financial services or professional services environment. You will have excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills. You will be given true accountability and will work with transparency. There’s a lot of scope to get involved in major projects and develop yourself as an HR professional.
