Our client, a well-established and esteemed global professional services firm, is currently seeking a strong Senior People Services Advisor with previous experience in a similar role, to join them in a permanent capacity. The organisation boasts a progressive and supportive working environment. Based in North Ryde, some travel to Sydney CBD.
Reporting into Senior HR Operations Manager, your role will be responsible for managing and developing a team of 3 HR coordinators. Responsibility to manage HR people operations, systems, document management across HR, guidance and advice to HR partners and wider business, HR tender management, psychometric testing functionality and oversight and contribution to national HR projects. You will develop stakeholder relationships, whilst working collaboratively with the broader HR team to drive the people agenda and achieve business goals.
To be considered for this role, you must be degree qualified in HR or related with 2-3 years HR operations experience within a large corporate, preferably professional services. You must hold management experience, with evidence of developing a team. Your strong consultative, client relationship management, attention to detail with commercial acumen and flexible approach will be critical to your success in the role.
