A global financial services organisation is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Senior Talent & Learning Consultant to join their collaborative team of 3 members. Reporting directly to the Talent & Organisational Development Leader, you will have the opportunity to drive assigned projects with people impact, take lead in learning and leadership development, talent strategy and succession planning, in addition to learning you will have a pathway to OD projects and tap into areas like change, diversity and inclusion. L&D will be a large component of this position, you will be a true business partner and provide guidance and advice, empowering managers, utilising “train the trainer” approach. You will be partnering closely with leadership in this role.
To be considered for this role you must have proven exposure to Learning & Development, particularly leadership development. You must be adaptable in your style, able to build strong working relationships and consult with employees at all levels with outstanding influencing skills. You will be resilient and open to working in a constantly changing environment.
