A well established Australian organisation in the services sector is currently seeking a Payroll Manager to join their business on a contractual basis. It is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious and forward thinking organisation.
Reporting directly to the Head of Remuneration, this position will take full ownership and responsibility across the payroll function, covering 500+ employees. The business is currently going through a new system implementation project where you will be involved in the roll out. The position also manages and is responsible for payroll compliance, benefits, tax, reporting & analytics, remuneration and ad hoc administration. You will review, recommend and implement improvements to the day to day payroll processes and policies.
The successful candidate must have experience of working within a Payroll Manager position with proven leadership and collaborative team experience. Chris21 experience is critical. You must have managed a payroll function in a large and complex environment and demonstrated business acumen within financial administration, data analysis, reporting and workflow management.
