A new opportunity exists for a Remuneration & Benefits Manager to join this organisation with immediate effect. Located North Shore, this is an exciting opportunity for a Remuneration and Benefits Manager to work in a stand alone capacity alongside a close knit HR team.
Reporting directly to the HR Leader, you will be responsible for working closely with HR to pull together the benchmarking and gain an understanding of the market and what they are paying. You will develop relevant reports and analysis as required for stakeholders and design the educational piece that will be rolled out to the rest of the HR team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience within remuneration & benefits with a focus on benchmarking. You will have demonstrated ability to design and deliver the educational piece that relates back to the remuneration. Experience in pharmaceuticals will be favoured. You ideally will be available immediately to be considered for this role.
