Our client is a highly regarded national financial services organisation with a sophisticated HR function. This role is an immediate start and is expected to run for 8 weeks, although there is potential for extension beyond that.
Joining the HR Advice and Support team, you will provide generalist HR support to the entire business as the first point of contact for employees and managers.
- You will respond to employee and management queries relating to HR systems, processes and policies
- Provide recruitment support, benefits administration, payroll, L&D and personnel data management
- Manage query log to ensure that requests are actioned in a consistent and timely fashion
To be considered for this role you must have at least one years’ experience working in a corporate, high volume HR team. Professional phone manner and high levels of customer service delivery are critical to success in this role.
