This business is an industry leader with a large and sophisticated HR function. They are a mature organisation with a global footprint and this HR Advisor will support a client group of 500 employees.
This three month role will be based at Moorabbin and will work closely with an HRBP and the wider HR team. There may be opportunity for extension or permanency for a successful candidate. The HR Advisor provides a high level of service to employees, management and senior leadership team across all HR disciplines to include:
- Full employee lifecycle query management – performance, remuneration reviews, workplace relations, etc.
- HR reporting
- Policy and process advisory
A strong HR generalist with 3+ years’ experience, ideally from a large and complex business, is ideal for this role.
