This 12 month maternity contract will work with employees across Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane, in close collaboration with the HR Director. The HR Consultant provides a high level of service to employees, management and senior leadership team across all HR disciplines to include:
- Recruitment – managing agency relationships and consulting with managers to ensure successful hiring outcomes
- HR reporting and benchmarking
- Policy and process advisory
- Immigration and mobility support
As a relatively young organisation that has experienced rapid growth, the HR function is still maturing so there is opportunity to contribute to policy development and process improvement.
A strong HR generalist with 4+ years’ corporate experience, ideally from finance or asset management, is ideal for this role. It will require resilience, flexibility, and capacity to problem solve in an environment that can often be ambiguous. Exceptional communication and professionalism are essential.
