Our client is an industry leading organisation who are seeking a strong HR Coordinator to join their growing HR team. This role is full time and you will be required to work 5 days per week. They have a fantastic office culture and team and this is a truly exciting opportunity to get involved in projects, recruitment & to join a great business! This position will be based in Parramatta. This is a 3 month contract initially with potential to move into a permanent position.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective support to the HR team through the provision of reporting, HR administration and coordinating projects. You will get great exposure and experience in the following facets of HR:
- Recruitment and on-boarding
- Behavioural based surveys
- Reward and recognition
- HR communications and HR reporting
- HR projects
- Safety and WHS
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in Human Resources or related field and have around 1-2 years experience in an HR Administrator role or a Recruitment coordination role in a commercial environment. You will have demonstrated ability to build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally.
