Our client is a well established Education provider located within the Inner West & they are seeking an experienced HR Business Consultant with a strong focus on employee relations and industrial relations.
Reporting directly into the HR BP, your role will involve case management and advising on various disciplinary issues, performance management, grievances & education standards. Your overall responsibilities will include advising on all ER activities across the business and help drive a proactive approach to management delivering on performance management and behavioural standards. In addition, you will be responsible for business partnering with a small portfolio across the corporate space.
To be successful in your application you will have have strong knowledge of employment law legislation with in depth understanding of the Fair Work Act, broad knowledge of legislative framework for HR Management including Workplace health & Safety.You must possess previous experience of investigating matters of workplaces harassment, grievances and all other matters.Your communications must be outstanding with proven exposure across employee relations within corporate or education environments. You must have HR Generalist experience working across a portfolio of clients.
