An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an HR professional with a strong OD/Project focus to join a close knit team in a growing organisation based in Sydney CBD. Working with a highly respected senior HR leader and a collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to lead on a number of HR programs and initiatives throughout the contract. You will work closely with the Sales team on a number of OD/L&D programs! This role is initially a 12 month contract with potential to extend/go permanent.
This role will support the HR/OD projects scheme and setting strategic goals with senior managers to include talent mapping and leadership development as well as driving the engagement survey and communicating results. You will be required to complete some generalist duties when required.
To be successful in securing this role, you will be a capable HR professional with at least two years L&D experience or Project experience and you will ideally have experience of working in a large corporate environment. You will bring capability in supporting strategic projects across the sales function. You will be a confident and capable individual looking for a challenge!
