Working as part of a well respected and talented HR team and reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, the key focus of the role will be to proactively support the delivery of the HR agenda nationally. Specifically, this will encompass all aspects of the HR life cycle including coaching and advising on performance management, remuneration, disciplinary actions through to career management. You will own and develop your key stakeholders relationships within your client group as their dedicated employee advocate and be hands on in the operational activity working in close partnership with the broader HR team.
To be considered for this role you must be an exceptional HR Business Partner with strong background in delivering operational HR capability. You must be a collaborative HR professional who is engaging and approachable with strong commercial acumen and driven to a culture of accountability. Ideally you will have a breadth of experience across large blue-chip commercial businesses with at least 2 years business partnering on top of your HR grounding. Tertiary HR qualifications are essential.
