Sitting on the board and reporting directly to the CEO you will be supported by an HR Business Partner in managing all operational HR functions, the role will be hands on and fast paced and you will have the opportunity to use your creative nature, they are open to change and welcome new ideas. Some of your initial responsibilities will be modernisation of processes and implementation of a new HRIS and to ensure values are clearly communicated and understood at all levels of the business, guide and coach the leadership team.
The successful candidate will hold a degree in HR and have proven experience in delivering innovative HR programs within a fast paced, evolving organisation. You will have experience in managing at least one direct report.
