Our client is one of the world’s largest investment companies, with over 100,000 employees globally. Exciting changes are upcoming for the business as they expand their service offering and take their employee and customer experience from good to great. The business will undergo broad transformation over the next three years and this newly formed team will be responsible for 10+ individual projects in service of the wider goals.
There are multiple vacancies in this team at the OD Partner and Senior OD Partner level. Due to the dynamic nature of the transformation, there is opportunity to work across multiple projects concurrently and we are able to tailor contract lengths to individual preference.

- Engagement and retention
- Performance planning
- Organisational design
- Leadership capability
- Organisational values
The ideal candidate will have experience in best practice HR environments at a global, matrixed organisation, with experience across HR disciplines. This is a great opportunity to build exposure and depth in the OD space for those with more broadly generalist HR backgrounds. Must be adaptable and motivated to make an impact in their role.
