Sitting on the leadership team you will be responsible for developing people strategies and driving process improvements across Australia and New Zealand. As a true business partner you will work closely with senior leaders to add value and divisional goals. Day to day duties will be supporting the leadership team, giving effective advice on employee engagement, development and succession planning. In addition to this you will be responsible for the full employee life cycle from recruitment to exit interviews.
To be considered for the role you will have a proven generalist background with experience in supporting senior stakeholders from within a large, ideally global organisation. Experience from within a digital or technical company will be highly regarded. You will be degree qualified and possess a confident and consultative approach along with a creative nature.
