Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment across the IT and digital portfolios. You will proactively build high quality talent pools as well as identify and implement a variety of bespoke sourcing channels to attract and pipeline talent. You must proactively coach hiring managers and build strong trusting relationships with them.
To be successful in this role you must be an experienced Internal Recruiter with an impressive track record of building talent pools. You must also have experience of building strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Ideally you will have experience recruiting for digital professionals from agency or in-house environments.
