Our client is an industry leading organisation who are seeking a strong HR Advisor/Senior HR Coordinator to join their growing HR team. Reporting directly to a leading HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective support to the HR team across policies and procedures, first line queries, recruitment, projects across HR initiatives, rem reviews, engagement surveys and reporting. In addition you will partner closely with the L&D Specialist, supporting around scheduling and coordinating training and reporting. You will get great exposure and experience in the following facets of HR:
- HR communications and HR reporting
- Employee Relations
- Employee Wellbeing
- Recruitment and on-boarding
- Reward and recognition
- Learning and development
- HR projects
- Safety & WHS
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in Human Resources or related field and have around 2-3 years experience in an HR Coordination/Junior HR Advisory level role in a commercial environment. You will have demonstrated ability to build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally.
