Our client is an industry leading organisation who are seeking a strong HR Coordinator to join their high performing & growing HR team. This is a 12 month contract position and you will be required to work 5 days per week. They have a fantastic office culture and team and this is a truly exciting opportunity to join a great business based in Sydney CBD.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing effective support to the HR team through the provision of reporting, analytics, HR administration and coordinating projects. You will get great exposure and experience in the following facets of HR:
- Safety and WHS
- Recruitment and on-boarding
- Reward and recognition
- HR communications and HR reporting
- HR projects
- General adhoc duties
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field and have around 1-2 years experience in an HR Administrator role or a HR Coordination role in a commercial environment. You will have demonstrated ability to build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally. You must have full work rights to be considered for this position.
