Your new organisation is a well established and reputable business. They are currently seeking a full time HR Advisor to join their progressive and supportive team in Sydney- Bella Vista location. This ongoing contract & they are looking for a proactive and mature individual who enjoys a challenge!
Reporting directly to the HR Director, your role will be a mix of Employee Relation/case management support & providing generalist HR support to a key client groups. You will develop stakeholder relationships, whilst working collaboratively with the broader HR team to drive the people agenda and achieve business goals. The role will involve operational and strategic responsibilities but will have a high focus on ER, managing the employee lifecycle and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
To be considered for this role, you must be degree qualified in HR or related with 3 years+ generalist HR experience within a corporate environment. You must have previously held had a strong ER focus in a busy environment & be comfortable and be extremely confident within this area! Your strong consultative, client relationship management and influencing skills, along with your commercial acumen and flexible approach will be critical to your success in the role.
