This global well known leader, operating in the financial services sector have recently established a new division, the division operates in a $400 billion market and is currently in phase one of the role out. They are seeking a well established HR Business Partner.
They are looking for a true business partner, who is idea’s and solutions focused. Reporting into the Head of HR you will be responsible for all HR operation HR matters including rem review and talent mapping, and will be supported by the new HR service centre. There will be the opportunity to get involved in some really great projects such as imbedding values into the organisation, designing employee recognition programs and performance reviews and developing a true business partner model.
You will be a seasoned HR professional, pragmatic in your approach and not phased by working in an unstructured environment. You will be passionate about working in a commercial business that makes a difference to their customers well being. In addition to this you will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and excellent IT literacy.
