Your new organisation is an Australian Research & Development Centre with strong focus on employee development. They are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their collaborative team and support the delivery of the HR strategy and upcoming projects. Located in Western Sydney.
This is a 12 month fixed contract position. Your role will ensure alignment of people plans and strategies to drive business results & employee engagement. Reporting to the Director your key responsibilities will include:
- Business partnering
- Training and Leadership Development
- Strategic HR initiatives
- Talent strategy
- Change Management
- Culture Management
- Process improvements
- O.D / Project work
To be considered for this role, you must be degree qualified in HR or a related discipline with 4+ years HRBP experience. Experience in blue collar/ construction industry is highly regarded. Holding experience in leadership management and development.You must be interested in employee well being and getting involved in new projects! Having a solid ability to influence and build strong relationships, along with your proactive and confident approach will be critical your success.
