The business has a strong standing in the market and holds high performance and client service delivery. Currently in search of a quality HR professional to join and take part in reconstructing their HR function and strategy.
The internal HR function is looking to go through a significant change from traditional to modern centre of excellence, business-partnering model, they are after a true business partner to join and partner with a corporate client base of 500 members in NSW and ACT. Reporting to a passionate and dedicated HR Manager, APAC who is based in Brisbane. Working closely with the wider HR team across Australia and NZ and local state General Manager, you will be across end-to-end employee lifecycle and taking part or leading projects across performance, talent strategy, engagement, compliance, change management and developing a true business partnership model. The role incorporates a wide breadth of responsibility enabling the right individual to help drive growth and change strategies from a people and business perspective. Based in St. Leonards with some ad hoc travel to Wollongong, and Newcastle.
To be successful in your application for this role you will hold strong business partnering skills, preferably holding experience in greenfield HR build or transformation. You must hold strong confidence, resilience and communication skills.
