Our client is a well established leader in the Not for Profit sector, they are currently going through huge transformation and require a highly experienced HR Business partner to support day to day operations and embed change.
This is an operational and strategic position which reports directly into the Director of People and Culture. The role will involve working with a client base of approximately 150. You will be responsible for coaching and developing managers on various disciplinary issues, performance management, grievances and building high performing teams. In addition to this you will be assisting with project work and new systems implementation.
To be successful in your application you will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, have strong HR generalist experience and some exposure to process improvement. Have strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. A background in the NFP sector would be advantageous.
