A leader in their sector & an inspirational organisation, this organisation is looking for a HR Business Partner for 8 weeks. With an evolving client group, this is a chance to join an ambitious and progressive workforce.
Reporting directly to the People & Culture Director, this is an opportunity to work within a generalist position that is both operational and strategic. Responsibilities will include assisting with systems, project work, supporting management with recruitment, strategy & ER. You will be required to be the main point of contact for a huge transformation within the organisation as well as carry out a number of consultations.
To be considered for this position you ideally will have come from a large fast paced environment or a smaller organisation where you have gained exceptional exposure! You must be able to adapt and thrive within an evolving organisation and must have experience working within an HR Business Partnering role.
