Our client is an ASX listed global leader in their field, they are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong focus on employee relations and industrial relations to work in their Wagga Wagga, NSW location.
Reporting directly into the HR Manager, the role will involve case management and advising on various disciplinary issues, performance management, grievances, labour standards and union representation. Your overall responsibilities will be across the full employee life cycle, include advising on all ER/IR activities across the business and help drive a proactive approach to management delivering on performance management and behavioural standards. In addition, you will be responsible for business partnering with portfolio of clients across the blue collar space, based over 25 sites. Please note there will be some travel across sites, vehicle is provided.
To be successful in your application you will have strong HR generalist experience and union exposure. Experience of employment law legislation with in depth understanding of the Fair Work Act. Your communications must be outstanding with proven exposure across employee relations in mixed blue/white collar workforces, essentially with exposure to unionised environments.
