Your new organisation is an Australian ASX listed technology organisation, with strong focus on innovation and employee development. They are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their collaborative team and support the delivery of the HR strategy and plan across 350 employees across ANZ. Located in the fringe of Sydney CBD.
In this newly created role, your role will ensure alignment of people plans and strategies to drive business results. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide HR leadership and support to the ANZ group, as well as work across HR projects.

To be considered for this role, you must be degree qualified in HR or a related discipline with 4+ years HRBP experience. Experience in digital or technology industry is highly regarded. Holding experience in leadership management and development. Having a solid ability to influence and build strong relationships, along with your proactive and confident approach will be critical your success.
