This thriving international company operating in the Professional Services sector with a reputation as leaders in their field have an opportunity for someone to kick start their career in the HR field.
Reporting into the HR Manager you will be responsible for providing high level administration support to the HR team and wider business. This is a generalist HR support role with a strong focus on L&D. Day to day responsibilities are supporting the delivery of training programs including booking rooms, organising the training calendar, maintenance or the intranet, coordinating the well being programs, assisting in the annual employee survey. In addition to this you will be organising interviews, managing the leave process and general HR administration.
This role would suit you if you are passionate about developing an HR career, supported by an inspirational leader in a collaborative environment.
To be successful in your application you will have a very strong administration background, you will enjoy multi tasking and working in a fast paced environment. You will have exceptional communication skills and excellent working knowledge of word and excel. Previous Professional Services experience would be advantageous.
